Charlie's gives new higher receivers, the manufacturing facility rifle consider-offs have test fired by Colt.  Upper receivers are consider-offs from out from the box rifles as well as are purchased as higher receiver assemblies.  Each are 100% similar.  We do not ship in Colt manufacturing unit box.Sure.  From my being familiar with the “201
